Rotary Rehabilitation Courtyard Opens at Phillip Island Community Hospital!
Aug 2025
Bass Coast Health and the Rotary Club of Phillip Island and San Remo were proud to open the brand-new Rotary Rehabilitation Courtyard in Cowes.
This beautiful, purpose-built space will support patients recovering from surgery, strokes, falls, and fractures. With a variety of surfaces, ramps, steps, and handrails, it allows patients to safely rebuild mobility and confidence under the guidance of BCH physiotherapists.
Made possible through our club's $100,000 five-year fundraising commitment, the courtyard represents what can be achieved when community, care, and collaboration come together. '
Designed by Island Landscape and Design, and brought to life with the help of TS Constructions, the garden is also a place of peace, dignity, and recovery.
We are so proud to see this vision become reality -- a lasting gift to our community.
